Services available through LTAP include workshop training, on-site technical assistance, updates on the latest technologies and innovations, field demonstrations, library and information materials, and newsletters. These services are available to all municipalities in the state and are provided at little or no cost to the user. The LDD Network holds Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) courses at various locations throughout Pennsylvania. The workshops are hands on technical assistance events that can be scheduled by any municipality or group of municipalities on a diverse range of road and street maintenance or safety issues.
