The NEPA Alliance recently hosted an engaging roundtable with the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) Federal Co-Chair Gayle Manchin, Congressman Matt Cartwright, Bob Morgan, United States Department of Agricultural (USDA) Rural Development, Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED) and the Pennsylvania Local Development Directors.
